Custom Orders
Many of our products are made to order by The EC Store seamstress, Joy.  These items take 2-3 weeks to ship, and will ship separately from instock items.  You will receive an order update email when Joy ships your made to order items. Joy ships from Maryland.

Shipping (Instock items)
Shipping is based on the weight of your package and your postal code, plus a small handling fee to cover shipping supplies. During checkout, you will have a variety of shipping options to choose from. Orders are shipped several times a week. You will be notified by email when your package ships. If your package qualifies for a free shipping offer, we will choose the shipping method. We are located in Minnesota, United States and gladly ship internationally.  

Returns
We want you to enjoy doing business with us, and we want you to be happy with our products. Returns or exchanges are accepted on any unused items within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned in unused, unwashed condition.  Please return items to our Minnesota address with a note requesting exchange, credit, or refund.  Allow 2-3 weeks for return processing.  Shipping charges are not refundable. Due to health regulations, menstrual products, nursing pads, diapers, and training pants must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, unless they are defective. In that case, return them to us for repair or replacement, at our option. If you have any questions, please contact us. Thank you!

Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information you provide to us is used only to process your order and make sure you get the best possible service. We never, ever, ever rent, sell, or otherwise make your information available to others.
